Learning Outcome 4 (U3) : Be able to carry out post-production techniques and processes for an original media product to a client brief. Front cover  : strengths : - The colour pallet relates to the romance genre as stereotypically when one thinks of romance they imagine pinks and reds. Throughout my magazine the colour scheme has stayed the same in order to keep the genre of the magazine at a main focus for the readers.  - Using stars, ornaments and glitter immediately links to the whole notation of Christmas. The magazine is supposed to be a Christmas edition, thus including these small additions definitely outlines the holiday feel.  - The front cover includes typical conventions of a magazine - through puffs, a barcode, a masthead and cover lines. Learning Outcome 2 (U3) : Be able to plan and develop pre-production materials for an original media product to a client brief.  Model release form : A model release form grants the magazine company the right to use photographs taken of the models within the magazine without any legal issues that could come up.  Location release form : Location release form allows the production team to access a location site that the photoshoot is at and be able to release the pictures taken at that scene. Risk assessment : A risk assessment form outlines possible health and safety risks that could occur on set and are noted down so the team can avoid these issues. Recce of location : Recce of location checks the appropriateness of the grounds that the photoshoot is taken at; it is also beneficial that I check in advance so the team is aware of the site.
